Who handles your data
GRUPO MARKETEDGE is the controller of the personal data collected on this website, under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018).
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form:
- Name
- Company, when provided
- Area of interest
- The description of the context and challenge you write
We do not use cookies, we do not install tracking tools and we do not build browsing profiles. If you do not submit the form, none of your personal data reaches us.
What we use it for
To reply to your message and prepare the initial diagnosis you requested. Nothing else. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties, and we do not use your email for marketing campaigns unless you ask us to.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent, given when you tick the box on the form, and on our legitimate interest in replying to a business request that came from you.
Who we share it with
We use a third-party form processing service to deliver the message from the website to our inbox. This service acts as a processor and only has access to the content you sent, solely to deliver it. Beyond that, access is restricted to the GRUPO MARKETEDGE team involved in replying to you.
How long we keep it
We keep your message for as long as the business conversation lasts and for up to 24 months after the last contact, the period we use to follow up on open matters. After that period, or at any time at your request, the data is deleted.
Your rights
The LGPD gives you the right to confirm that processing takes place, access your data, correct it, request anonymization or deletion, request portability and withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, write to us through the contact form stating what you would like. We reply within 15 days.
Security
We adopt reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss and destruction. No system is infallible: if an incident occurs that poses a relevant risk to you, we will notify you and the competent authority.
Changes to this policy
We may update this text to reflect legal or operational changes. The date at the top shows the current version. Relevant changes will be flagged on the website.
